At first get a paper, draw the lines of the wing and get a transparent foil and some 0,20mm wire. Glue the wire on the foil. Cut it out. Put it nearer and nearer to the candle light and ta-daaa your fairy wings are ready to use!
It looks so fantastical, when I make a sculpture in the future, I just might interpret these wings into it. Well appreciated and well done.
Very cool idea.
I'll have to remember this . . .
Such beautiful wings!
Fire forged wings. Amazing!
This is awesome! I'll have to give it a try some time.
Omg this I have to try, just amazing.
Where do you purchase your foil?
What kind of glue do you use?
What can i use instead of transparent foil? I'm not sure it's available anywhere near I'm living
...its that simple? wow...
Ohhhh that looks like so much fun to do! I dunno when or how I'd ever use this, but the whole idea just looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing such a cool and fun concept!
You might want to update the "transparent foil" to iridescent cellophane. Also, do you put the "foil" on one side or both?
Was just about to ask what kind of foil this was when I stumbled upon your comment.
Where do you get your transparent foil from? Great tutorial! Thank you!
isn't the smoke toxic? yI surely need to breathe, but I wouldn't like to breath in toxic air
Go outside or don't breathe sorry but that was a bit dummy question
wow so cool :3 i love it
I may be wrong, but I think what ravenoo is referring to as "transparent foil" might be some type of cellophane (like iridescent cellophane). But that's what it looks like to me, I am totally gonna try this though! so awesome!
You are absolutely right! Good luck for the working!
Ooooooh, this is so cool!! Will definitely be trying this out :3 bet my mom would love it.
Whoa, this is really amazing!
What kind of transparent foil do you use exactly ? Where can i get it ? Want to try this myself. It's really awesome !!
